Baghali-polow with muscle meat

rice: 500 grs
broad beans: 250 grs
fresh dill: 400 grs
muscle meat: 300 grs
onion: 2
garlic: 1 clove
lime: 1
butter: 25 grs
tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
oil

Direction:
Sauté the well-chopped onion with butter in a saucepan until the onion pieces grow lighter. Add the meat, garlic, turmeric and black pepper. Again sauté it till it becomes dry. Add water and bay laurel powder. Give it time and wait for the meat to cook well. Sauté the tomato paste and lime juice with little butter and, in the end, add it to the meat. Let them boil together for a while and remove the saucepan from the heat immediately.
Now, soak the rinsed rice in salt and water for 2 hours. Put the saucepan of water on the heat to boil and add the shelled broad beans. After the rice boils, drain it. Put a piece of butter on the bottom of the saucepan. Mix the rice and newly chopped dill and spices suitable for cooking rice (powders of damask rose, cinnamon, cardamom, clove and nutmeg) and let the dish brew.
