Green Almonds Stew

mutton: 500 grs
green almonds: 500 grs
mint & parsley: 300 grs
onion: 1
salt, black pepper, turmeric and curry powder
verjuice: 4 tablespoons
water: 4 measuring cups

Direction:
Fry the chopped onion with some curry and turmeric and no salt. Sauté the mutton in it until the juicy mutton becomes fairly dry. Add the chopped mint and parsley and keep mixing. Add the green almonds, turn the fire down and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes with the closed lid. Then add 4 to 5 glasses of water and let the dish cook for 45 minutes so that the green almonds and the mutton cook completely. When you make sure the green almonds are well cooked, add salt and verjuice.

A few hints:
۱٫ You may use chicken meat instead of red meat.
۲٫ You may use sour orange juice instead of verjuice.
۳٫ You may, in the end, add some tomato paste to the stew.
